At the Living Stone an individual will learn valuable skills through personal relationships and programs centering around three areas: Individual Development, Community Involvement, and Management Skills.

Individual Development Overview focuses on an individuals relationship with Christ, understanding who they are and how their personality interacts with others, their strengths and weaknesses and how to improve upon both. It strengthens individuals by providing opportunities affecting the heart, mind, soul and body. They then put the knowledge they've obtained to the test through practical application in the community.

Community Involvement Overview puts the right person, in the right place, at the right time in the community. It's a channel to reach out to the homeless, those in prison/jail, and those with addictions to impact their lives in a positive way. Community Involvement revolves around church, volunteerism, job/occupation.

Management Skills Overview help to bring Individual Development and Community Involvement together to empower the individual to be "successful" whether at home, work, or play.
